Can Reflexology Help For Hay Fever?

We get been waiting for such warm hop weather for quite some time. And the summer is round the corner as well.

However, not everyone has been looking earnest to the season. For many, this time of the year is excessively dreadful as it is also the great season of pollen, which causes allergies, hay febrile disease and rhinitis.

I met, the other ~light, someone on a platform of a London tube station who was sneezing frantically. His nose was red and his eyes were swollen. He was in a terrific condition. He even seemed to waver at one point. It was not alcohol; it was hay fever.

I could not restore to stop watching at him. He felt "compelled" to apologise and told me that the allergy was hitting him obdurate and it will continue until the summer.

I felt miserable for him. I knew what he was going wooden channel, as sometimes I suffer from sinusitis. The pure symptoms of sinusitis are exactly the corresponding; of like kind as hay fever, itchy eyes and blocked nose.

This condition is simply uncomfortable to live by. The night is the most uncompliant part. Sleeping becomes an issue, similar to you are worried of a shortness of breathing. As the nose is blocked, the self-moving thing you do is to diffuse via your mouth. But, by doing with equal rea~n, the throat dries up and easily becomes irritated.

I was used to be like this body, suffering with the condition until the summer. Since I became a reflexologist a small in number years ago, I started to apply the techniques on myself and hay agitation does not last long anymore.

Prevention is unceasingly best to treat any condition. Just ahead of spring, I make sure that I drudge more intensely on the reflex points corresponding to the respiratory and immune connected view and adrenals gland.

When, eventually the symptoms are in that place, I treat myself with hand reflexology, ten to 15 minutes every day.

Now, my hay fever in most cases last just two weeks.

Remember that reflexology is a complementary therapy. So for the time of the time I have hay fever (sinusitis), I still continue to take my pocket memorandum-book containing Cetirizine hydrochloride. As soon being of the cl~s who the symptoms have disappeared, I cease having the chemical drug and continue with reflexology treatment but just once a week.

It is just impossible to believe how simple reflexology techniques can avoid to deal with onerous conditions so as hay fever.

Finally to response to the question: Can reflexology succor for hay fever? The response is: "yes".

It works for me. But, we tot~y, are different, and it might take other time for you or it puissance not work. The only way to determine an issue it out is to try.

On my blog (http://thereflexpoint.co.uk/blog), I pr~ a free video showing you to what degree to treat yourself using reflexology techniques in direction to reduce the symptoms of hay febrile disease.
